Denis founded KeeResources, and takes great pride in being involved with every aspect of the business. Denis is also a Director of the Vehicle Remarketing Association, was Chairman of FleetNet, the industry coding body for 8 years and remains a steering committee member. Despite over 35 years in the industry and running several leasing companies, he yearns to learn more each day in life.

After qualifying as a management accountant, David’s early career was in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries with Eli Lilly and Fisons. He joined UDT, then a major vehicle finance company owned by TSB, as Financial Controller and progressed to Finance Director spending 7 years in that role prior to the merger of Lloyds and TSB. David rejoined Lloyds in 2000 as Finance Director of their Asset Finance Division after a number of years with Lombard.

Martin joined KeeResources in 2006 after 11 years working with financial IT systems. He is responsible for ensuring our software development and infrastructure delivers class-leading products and services for our customers.

Alan joined KeeResources in 2016. He has over 20 years’ automotive experience gained with businesses such as EurotaxGlass’s, IHS Polk and Aston Barclay. More recently Alan ran a start-up technology company providing online workflow solutions to the fleet and remarketing sectors. He is responsible for ensuring all sales and marketing activity is focused on creating customer value.

Prior to joining KWIKcarcost in 2001, Mark worked for a number of manufacturers and industry giant Lex, clocking up over 30 years experience in the Fleet sector. He is responsible for our manufacturer relationships and Whole Life Cost products.

James joined KeeResources in 2011. He has many years’ experience in the Automotive Sector coming from Daily Rental background, with extensive pricing and database manipulation experience. James ensures best practice and on-time, ideal delivery mechanisms for all data and solutions.
